Emma's Closet opened it's doors February 1, 2005.  We have had a steady flow of customers and our consignor list grows daily.  I named the store after my daughter, Emma Elizabeth.  I was a stay at home mom trying to make money starting an Ebay business.  When my husband told me to get everything out of the basement, I told him that I wanted a store.  So, here we are.  Alot of hard work later, my basement is cleaned out and we have a store that is a fun place to be. 

An ideal consignment store is a place where you can find good, quality clothing at reasonable prices.  I admit that I love the name brands but hate spending those outragous prices that go along with them.  Alot of times, when shopping at kids consignment stores, there is no room for the kids.  I made it a point to have a play area for the kids so they are entertained.  There are toys, books and movies for the kids to play with and watch in the "Kiddie Korral".
